Spotted a mint one of these at a local dealer.

Looks really neat.

Less than 7,000miles & mint.

What is the going price and are they easy to lower? ....I am only 5'7" on a good day

Early response would be appreciated....

I am going to take a serious look tomorrow.

Thanks for any input.

Nige.

Well I'll tell you one thing- its not a 97. Carb'd triples (single headlight) were only made 94-96.

So... I'm going to assume its a 96. With 7k on it and in excellent shape- I'd say around $4000+. More at a dealer.

BUY IT!!! They are getting rare...

Suggested Retail Value $4225 The Kelley Blue Book Suggested Retail Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. This Suggested Retail Value assumes that the unit has been fully reconditioned and is in excellent condition. Mileage/condition and additional equipment may have a substantial impact on the value shown above. This value also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the unit's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

$4225.00 = 2,109.44 GBP

It's a T3, with carbs. Maybe it wasn't sold until 97, so the title reflects the sale date, not the manufacture date?

I think you are right Zip.

In actual fact when I got the registration document, it said first registered '98.....

I can only guess that at the time, perhaps because of it's 'interesting' colour, or the fact that there was a more glamourous fuel injected version introduced, meant it languished in a dealers showroom for a couple of years. :???:

Thanks bkrbil...I am quite taken with it.
