I've been riding for 26 of my 35 years. My first bikes don't count for dealership experience as my parents bought my first few Kawasaki dirt bikes.

I bought my first used street bike when I was 20 (green Kawasaki Ninja ZX7). Since then, I've had experiences--good and bad with dealerships for the bikes owned over the years (Harley, Honda, Kawasaki, Aprilia, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Victory, and now Triumph).

Question: Where have you had good experiences with Triumph Dealers?

Answer: Capitol Sports Center, Jackson, MS. Wayne Farris is the owner, and the shop has a history of experience. The mechanics are well versed and provide good maintenance and service after the sale. I bought my first Triumph, an '04 Thruxton from him and the service after the sale was great. Even though I only owned it for 2 years and had minimal problems with fork seals--everything was handled better than I would have expected. I traded in my Thruxton for my Speed Triple. Wayne has followed up several times to make sure that all was well with the bike. I'm confident that this shop will take care of any issue that is needed. I'd recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Triumph, or need service on your bike. The service department works on Triumph bikes, Land Rovers, Ferraris, Land Cruisers, old British cars, and pretty much anything from what I've seen. Two thumbs up.

Would anyone care to post Triumph dealers that have done right by you over time. This could be useful as others search for Triumph bikes and want good service after the sale.

i've been well served by rockwell cycles. they were nice to me long before i had money in my hands for a bike. they had no problem letting me road test the bikes i was interested in, they didn't gouge me, and they've been very good about service since then. i trust them.

I bought my bike in Cali while I still lived in Hawaii. CalMoto was fantastic, they fedex'd the papers to me, sent TONS of pics for me since I was buying it sight-unseen. They worked with me on the price and even held the bike in the showroom for 4 months until I flew in. Awesome. I even ordered a pipe and Sargent seat, had it sent to them, and they installed it for me. Nothing but praise.

In New Mexico, PJ's in Albuquerque. kicks serious butt. In fact, they're so good, you see Triumphs all over Albuquerque--a far higher percentage representation than you get down here in southern New Mexico with our questionable dealer in El Paso TX..

My local dealer, 'Moto Arena' is excellent. They sell about 150 Triumphs a year and are pretty clued up on the maintenance side of things too. They give good support to the local RAT pack and Ulysses club as well. On the rare occasion they have made a mistake, they`ve been quick to acknowledge it and put things right.

Might want to also post your information in the "Dealer" section so it comes up on a search focused there too.

Myers in Asheville, NC has treated me very good and I know SpeedyDave and CheapBastard have good things to say about Greensboro, NC. Charlotte, NC has been a long time Triumph dealer with good comments from RAT guys I've met from there. It appears NC has a good choice of shops to go to if you get on a trip here.

Performance Cycle here in Sacramento always fits me in when I need service. They make me feel impotant when they give me instant attention when I walk in the door. They may be in the middle of helping a customer, but they stop to give me a nod and say "hey,Jason". I'm pretty sure they try to treat all of their customers with the same respect.
They always look swamped to me,but my service never gets delayed - and most of the time I give them very little notice.

Cascade Moto Classics in Beaverton, Oregon is the best around here. I've bought two Triumphs from them. They are a family run business and I always enjoy going in even if its just to chat. They are always having special events with food and such for their customers. Its more a 'group of friends' than a bunch of 'customers'. So I can't say enough good about them. They've done right for me on numerous occasions.
