Good feedback ORCA, thanks. Contrary to popular belief, I GENUINELY hope the other site is a huge success, anything that unites speedy owners or Triumph riders in general is a good thing. I`m fairly sure that most of the people who are members here visit there too. I think it`s great.
Both of these online communities for S3 owners are markedly different, not least because of their layout and AUP policy. I think it`s important to maintain that difference so if one site isn`t suitable for it`s members, then they have a valid alternative. Horses for courses.
If anyone wants to copy n`paste content from topics there to here in a new posting, they are most welcome, it only takes a few seconds, however a direct link to topics on other forums, which is basically a thinly veiled invitation to "come and discuss it over here instead" is not contributing to triumphrat.net and the posts will get deleted.
If you would rather discuss a topic on a different forum, that`s fine but you can hardly expect triumphrat.net to advertise it for you, any more than you can expect your wife to drive you over to your mistresses' house because you`d rather be getting it on with her!
:-D :-D
