Looking for Stock suspension settings 02 S3

I have searched on here but cant find , i know there are probably loads of posts .I weigh 175lbs and was wondering what the stock suspension settings are for a 02 s3 am currently using the sportsrider mag settings but not sure if they working for me,have read that the stock suspension settings are for someone around my weight at least it would give me a better atrting point. At the moment i have front preload at 38 mm sag rear at 35 mm,any help would be appreciated

I think:

Front

Preload 5 rings
Comp 1 turn out
Rebound 1 turn out

Rear

Comp 1 turn out
Rebound 1 turn out
Preload n/a

I dont have a manual for the bike so this is why im looking for the stock settings

My manual says-
spring front- 5 turns out
rebound- 1 turn out
comp- 1 turn out

rear rebound- 1.5 turns out
rear comp- 1.5 turns out

that is the "standard" setting.
