So my roomate is taking possession of my 02 speed 3 next week and i found an 05 this weekend with 3000 miles on it! (most of those were done by the sales manager at the dealership end of last year)

I should be getting it out the door of the dealership for around $7500, that doesnt sound too far out of line does it?

Any reco's on suspension parts? I am 140 lbs and the stock stuff is generally not very confidence inspiring for me. I am thinking gold valves and springs for the front and maybe a Penske for the rear?

Followed by a full Zard and tune boy by a local shop here in MPLS, any other reco's?

Buy an Ohlins from Dan Kyle and he can do your forks also-
biggest Ohlins dealer in the USA I believe. Good service and great guy! Mine is on the way-cant wait to get the forks souped up soon. (I wouldnt get the Penske-just a personal preference. )

at 140lbs that stock suspension is probably just right for ya! (unlike my tubby ass)

then again.... youll only ever need to redo the rear.... its not like the front tire will ever be on the ground at your weight
