as if getting food poisoning yesterday wasnt bad enough i got a call from a buddy back east saying our friend had been killed. he came to az from boston to go to MMI then went back east and got a job working on ducatis. just bought a 1098 and was out riding wearing a full helmet and gear. a truck blew through an intersection and hit him, killing him. ill keep on riding, but you keep hearing more and more about these situations. so, today when your riding, be even more careful. in a battle with a car/truck, we are gonna lose, gear or not. its hard to lose a friend and another fellow rider.

It's always sad to hear of a fellow rider/enthusiast going down, especially due to no fault of their own.

What city was he in?

My condolences to you and the family.

I'm sorry for your loss, this is happening all to often as of late, we need to be extra careful out there. We're praying for his family and friends.

Sorry to hear that mate my thoughts are with his family and with you of course.

I heard today that a rider in our club also got taken out by a driver jumping a red light and got killed instantly on his speedy. It really makes me sick to the stomach hearing about all this kind of stuff.

Jeez - for a while, these sorts of reports seemed to be coming in every day. I had hoped they'd stay away for a while, but it is one of the realities of riding. Sorry to hear it, man - he sounds like a good person.

Condolences. It's not something that should happen to friends.
