Just wondering if any of you guys have put a seat cowl on a corbin seat ? It is the 1050 model. Any fitting problems? Even better any body with pics?

IIRC, Devi has both. I have a Corbin, but not the cowl.

From what I've read, the OEM cowl will fit the Sargent but not the Corbin. As this is hearsay, take it for what it's worth. :-D

The seat cowl fits the Corbin seat just fine.

How is the corbin height wise? I'm a shorty and have to watch where I stop on sloped roads so any help is good

Even a 1/4 to 1/2 inch would probably help

Is is any wider than stock?

Corbin is claiming 1 inch lower and a little narrower towards the front.

I have the corbin, It is lower, I don't think its a full inch.

The Corbin seat is only slightly lower than stock. It is flatter across the back and prevents the sliding forward issues.

A few with shorter inseems have found the Corbin makes a difference, for others it doesn't. I am 6'1", so I really can't say for sure.

Thanks for that - i might have to find one and throw it on to test at some time

problem is here in Oz not many places keep them. Hopefully someone on an upcoming RAT ride will have one

Might have to take a gamble next time i'm feeling rich

I am 5'8" and just got my Corbin seat. Very nice quality but even with custom shaved nose there was no difference in ride height.
