I would like to buy an open face helmet for those warm days when I just want to cruise into town. I just seem to feel that it is utter madness and It is just my Steve McQueen fantasy coming out to play. I swore that I would only ever wear a full face lid and I guess even a low speed spill could be horrific. But..

I am much taken with the Davida speedster. Proper 70,s cool.

Hey, what's up with all these bikes only having one headlight on? I think it looks really dumb and isn't very safe. I believe my S3 has both lights on all the time, but I wouldn't bet my life on it.

What's the deal?

Burr.

I wear my open face sometimes and am amazed at the visibilty. Feels great too, was wearing it all the time but just didn't feel safe, I've been hit by to many rocks and stuff, I keep imagining a rock taking out my teeth. So the open face only comes out for short trips around town, no highways.
Oh yeah, remember to keep your mouth shut.

European laws require that only light be lit. US spec bikes have both lit.

I gotta Davida Classic Jet that I really like. But I admit, I feel a little exposed wearing it. If I weren't so ****ed ugly I guess there might be a downside.
