I've dealt with them before when I was looking at bikes last year. Looks like they have a great department for servicing, but the salesman don't give any kind of break in price. The price that shows is pretty much what you get. I had one salesman forcing the bike on me pretty hard. I finally had to walk out. If I ever found a bike decently priced from them, I would buy it. For now I'll keep looking. Oh yea, they're about 20 minutes away from me :hammer:

I'm currently dealing with them on a new triple. They seem pretty straight forward. A friend of mine owns a Ducati and he referred to them as being a pain in the ass, but I couldn't get him to elaborate. I think he was referring to getting service done, though. As far as I know, they are the only local Triumph dealer so I have no other choice when it comes to service. They are are a pretty large dealership, they have two stores and they claim to have the largest selection of used bikes in the area.

There is also Bell Plaine Motorsports, I think they're the only other Triumph dealer in the area. They are located on hwy 169 just south of Jordan. I just didn't have a good experience with Moto Primo. They basically tried to force me out the door with a bike and wouldn't work with me at all. I didn't like the way they handled things there very well.

Butch76,
There is also Ma's Cycles in West Fargo, ND. That is much closer to you (winnepeg?) than Motoprimo or Bell Plaine.

I've had good parts service at Motoprimo. They know their stuff and have things on hand. That is always a plus. Don't know how new bike sales are though.

I was just wondering. I was going to buy from them but ended up getting my bike here in Canada. I should have bought from ma's cycle. They seem like a good small shop. But I have to say if moto primo never let me test ride a black 06 I might not of ever bought a triple.

I give them thumbs up. They were way cheaper than anyone else when I had to buy tires last year and there service dept. seemed to be very good. I'm buying an 07 s3 from them and so far they have been great to work with. From what i've heard they also have an excellent triumph mechanic.
