i have it too if anyone needs it as a pdf file. i printed the whole manual and put it in a binder. but i have a high volume laser printer so it wasnt too bad.

I've searched everywhere for that one - don't know that it exists.
I have German 97-01 version and the 02 English - between them can pretty much get by.
