Three days ago here it was 58F.... today the midwest got anywhere from a 1/4in. to 1/2in. of freezing rain, and tonight we are supposed to get anywhere from 5-8 inches of snow. :???: The last figure that I heard on the news stated that between Iowa and Minnesota there are 82,000 people without power! Trees are down everywhere and theres wind gusts up to about 50 mph. I thought the ground hog didnt see his shadow and it was supposed to be an early spring.

I hope you do well with the weather headed your way. They are expecting the freezing rain and snow to take down a large amount of power lines.

Stay safe.

Hope it gets past you all soon. I have made a conscious decision not to whine about a rainy day once in a while that keeps me off the bike after hearing this type of thing.

Stay warm!

Yup, mama nature is finally kicking down on the snow. Supposed to come in kind of nasty here in the Sierras for the next five days. If you live in the mid west and you think it is bad now, they are predicting 115 mile gusts over the ridges through Sunday here in Tahoe. More on the way. Time to batten down the hatches.

Unreal. A week ago I was ripping around Reno and it was 60 degrees.

I through the trickle charger on speedy to keep her warm.
