Headlight /Guage Cluster Bracket Question ????

I just noticed today that the bracket or whatever you might want to call it that your headlights mount on seems a tad loose, not like falling off loose but a little flex I guess. I never noticed it before so I was wondering is it normal? Just might be something I never noticed until now I guess or maybe I should tighten it up some.

Also does anyone know what the torque lbs are in Nm or the approximate equal. I guess the conversion rate or whatever you would call it. ie; a meter is eqaul to approximately 3 feet.

is there any lock tite on it?...i was very worried to find there was no lock tite on the bar mounts :evil: that could get real scary real fast
