suspension settings.

i just picked up on 05 speedy today.
when i checked the tyre psi was down to 24 or something ridiculous for both F & R !!!

i am now wanting to check the suspension set up, ive read the manual and just wondering
if '1 turn' is equal to a full 360 degree revolution -or- a turn of the wrist ie 180 degrees?

Congrats on the new S3. One turn equals 360 degrees. I set my tire psi at 32 front and 36 rear.
