I've never heard of it but apparently it was a "Hyper-Sportbike" manufactured by Triumph a while ago. According to webbikeworld.com Triumph is going to bring the line back in 2009. Anyone know anything about these bikes?

I thought it was the one they were gonna built to compete with Gixxers etc but abandoned the Idea. I guess someone will now more than me. :-D

Triumph Hurricane

Here you go. The pictures don't really do it justice. I saw one at the Guggenheim's "Art of the Motorcycle" show and it really caught my attention.

Well, that's a "Hurricane". I think it was triumph's first attempt at an inline triple sportbike. I believe it was made only one year or that the last year was 1972. Pretty innovative if you ask me.

I seem to remember Honda made something called a Hurricane a while back........... :hammer:
