1. Relatively cheap compared to other cans.
2. You like the stock look and
3. Just slightly louder than stock.

I've gone from stock to TORS but might be talked out of 'em on accounta I gotta jones for the M4. A bit of a boost over stock - you definitely feel it. I'm considerin' the M4 just 'cause.
