Im wondering about mine of course, a 2000 speed triple.
But what about the 2002+ and the newer generation of 1050 engines make rwhp?

Make sure you compare the same type of dyno and the same standard (SAE, DIN/PS, etc.), or the results will be different.
On a dynojet, the 1050's make 112-113 rwhp SAE. With TORS and tune - 117-118 rwhp SAE.

IIRC, the llater 955i Speed Triples made 108 hp stock, and 113-115 hp with TORS and tune. But I may be disremembering correctly.
The big difference in the later Speed Triples (2005+ 1050cc) is torque.
CB - 130 is old news.

Devi,
Man, 130+ rwhp! How do you keep the front end down? Wait, why would I want to keep the front end down. Never mind! That being said, my TORS equipped rwhp of ~117-118 just isn't going to be enough I'm afraid, so future guidance on achieving a larger number will be greatly appreciated!! All it takes is money, right? :-D
And, FWIW, looks like you and Hivel are going to be getting some S3 company. By the end of the year, it seems that me and the family will be residents of the B'ham area.

Nah, you're dead on. My 955i made 113rwhp and 69.8ft lbs the last time I had it dyno'd on a dynojet. All I'd done at that point was K&N air filter and the high carbon offroad can.
IMO 5 ft. lbs could be achieved on a 955i for less than the price difference between the 955 and 1050.

Cshell,
I think one of my dyno sheets is on this site somewhere. If not, the one with around 132.5 hp and 82.5 ft-lb is on thespeedtriple.com
I may have even posted the 135 hp sheet there. I will try and find it.
Pretty easy and cheap actually. Exhaust, header work, a little clean up of the intake, and tuning. The work and how to copy it is on the other site. A few other guys already have. When you get down here, let me know, we can go to work on your bike - just like HiVel's.
Tommy Williamski in Germany has made 140+ hp on his 1050 Speed Triple with some head work. I am trying to beat that this Spring.

I put mine on the dyno with the stubby strait pipe and TOR tune for TOR's pipes. HP is 112 and torque is 70. They had a stock triple and was pulling 108 hp. All these numbers are at the rear wheel. Keep in mind this was done in Denver with an elevation of 5800' above sea level.
My bike is an 05 and the stock that was tested is an 06.
The stubby is out getting a baffle put in it. I will installing my BMC filter, and have the dealer install a new tune. With that I hope Speedy can pull some nice numbers.
