Hi guys,having replaced TORS with Remus Powercone,should the bike be re-tuned? seems to run fine,probably going to keep the baffle in as it sounds better.

No tune change needed. The TOR map is pretty much the only "aftermarket exhaust" map available at the dealer, besides the one for the new Arrow system map. I don't know if the arrow map can be uploaded to out '05 older style ECU.

The dealer does not know how to build a map to suit, he will just upload pre-made maps supplied by Triumph factory. Unless he is running a dyno shop and wants to push Powercommander on you (which in my opinion is overkill for a muffler change).
