RTFM!
Read the ...instructions! And make sure you use the required insert/bushing from the stock levers.

There is one hitch I had (mainly on accounta I didn't RTFM :-D )

While you may be able to get enough slack in the clutch cable with the adjustment wheel at the lever, it's a whole lot easier if you just loosen it down by the engine (just make a note of where the adjustment/lock nuts are there - no big deal).

I've got 'em on the S3 and TT. Kinda wish I had shorties on the Triple.

As Devi said you'd need the brass (I think) bushing from the original clutch lever. Otherwise it's fairly straight forward.
I'd take the opportunity to oil the clutch cable. A little plasticine funnel and bribble some lube into the cable.

Nope, havin' a pretty good one actually - just busy.

The ones who have problems installing the Pazzos seem to not read the manual.

I like my black Pazzo shorties on the Speed Triple.
