I can't get the chart to paste in here but this is the text:

The five numbers correspond as follows:
1 FRONT Spring Pre-Load
2 FRONT Rebound Damping
3 FRONT Compression Damping
4 REAR Rebound Damping
5 REAR Compression Damping

Solo Riding Standard 3.00 2.00 2.00 2.00 2.00
Solo Riding Softer 3.00 2.50 2.50 2.50 2.50
Solo Riding Firmer 3.00 1.50 1.50 1.50 1.50
Rider and Passenger 3.00 2.00 1.50 0.75 0.75
* Number of adjuster turns out from the fully screwed in position.

There is no rear pre-load suggestion due to their head-in-ass assertion that it is not adjustable. I think mine had 5 threads above the lock ring in the stock setting.

The chart says "Number of adjuster turns out from the fully screwed in position" but the section on adjusting says:

Spring Pre-Load Adjustment
– Both Models
The spring pre-load adjusters are
located at the top of each fork.
To change the spring pre-load,
rotate the adjuster clockwise to
increase pre-load, or anti-clockwise
to decrease pre-load. Always set the
pre-load adjusters such that there
are an equal number of graduation
lines visible on both forks.
NOTE
• The Daytona is delivered
from the factory with the
spring pre-load set at
position 5, the Speed Triple
at position 3.

I think they mean 3 lines.

got mine set at

front preload 2.5 lines ( set with a depth mike to get the same

rear preload 5 threads showing , was three had to jack it up
this corrected lots of the wallowing

rebound and compression at at 1.5 turns out front and rear

probably going to lower the front preload to 3 lines , it feels a little light
in the hands

also going to try setting the forks even with the top of the triple clamps
mine are about 1/8 of inch above the clamps
