You're right Cheap, the dealer let me take one out for like an hour while I was waiting on a service, and holy cow are those things fast! It doesn't feel as fast because the gearing is so tall but then you look down at the speedo, WHOOOSH!!!!

OMG Zoo!!! Ya truly don't know what yer missing. All I can tell ya, is if ya ever git the chance to take a Rocket fer a test ride, do so and lemme know if ya still consider that a cruiser engine. Honestly, I've said it once, and I'll say it again, I think the d*mn thing will out accelerate speedy from 0-100.
the rocket when it first came out...was the fastest 0-60 bike in the world....o-100 im not sure...but i bet it probally beats 99% of the bikes out there....that bike pulls like a freggin train. i thought i was in a cartoon...flapin in the wind holding onto the handelbars when i have ridden them...
I drag raced my dad. Him on his Rocket III and me on my 955i Speed Triple and we were pretty much neck and neck all the way to 120+. Amazing how fast and agile that bike is for how huge it is.

cheapB, it seems yer bikes been in parts as long as i've been working too much. ***. supposed to be 50+ here tomorrow. if that happens might actually get out for a ride. woo hoo......us midwesterners have to take advantage of this kinda shiit.
