Speed Triple Mirrors??

I just picked up my new to me 2001 S3. Great bike. My only problem so far is the stock mirrors, I get a really good view of my elbows. I would like bar ends but I have a Throttlemeister cruise control which I like and bar ends will not work. Does any one have any good ideas for better mirrors? Thanks...

Here's a possible option depending on the kind of traffic you travel in and your comfort level with a small blind spot to the right and rear. I've used this mirror set-up on various bikes for the last 9 years.
