I've got a 2000 S3, with 3,700 miles on it. I've put another 700 on it so far. I've noticed that there's a light ticking coming from the left side of the motor on startup. It sounds like valve noise but the weird thing is it goes away after 30-45 seconds. If I turn the bike off and let it sit for a few minutes and then restart with a hot motor I still get the ticking. The motor's quiet other than that. Any ideas?
