Any one running these on an '05 or post S3? If so, how do they affect handling? Did you feel the need to make any suspension adjustments to accommodate them?

I run the 208GP in the rear and the Sportmax GP in the front and they are unreal. My bike handles great on and off the track. I will be running a set of Diablo Corsa III next.

The folks at GMD Computrak out of Boston set up my suspension for me. WOW again!

I ran them and like them, They don't cup on the front as bad as the Michelin pilot power.
They heat up quick and stick. Wear was a little better also.

I am now running the Corsa lll... Love em!

My air pressure setting also make a huge difference.

Street 32F/34R
Track 30F/29R

I really do not care for tire wear as much as I care for performance. My other bikes get much better tire wear.

that's odd that you say that hairball, I've always had very bad luck with Dunlops cupping, and I've been thru atleast 4 front Michelin Pilot Powers, and mine have always had little to no cupping? :???: Although I can't comment on the specefic tire, I've never run the Qualifier, but only because I didn't like the 208's or 207's!

I've had Pilot Powers and Corsa IIIs on my S3 and I prefer the Pilot Powers. They last longer and steer quicker and both stick just fine for me. FWIW, I run the pressures at 34/38, to prolong life and prevent the front from cupping, which (in my experience) all front tires tend to do at lower pressures.

Regarding the Qualifiers, my brother had a set on his 950 Supermoto. He liked them, but, for reasons he still doesn't understand, he low-sided around a medium-speed corner. There was nothing on the asphalt on which he could blame the apparent lack of traction. The tires are probably fine, but one doesn't like to have doubts in the back of one's mind.
