That I am sure everyone knows the answer to, however I can't seem to find it!
Where do I find my serial number? Is it part of the VIN, is it stamped somewhere??
Thanks!

What he said. But then again neither of us have a 99, but I'm sure it's in the same place. Right hand side.

Although my '99 was delivered in Australia, the plate is on the right hand side of the steering neck as you sit on the bike.
VIN is Vehicle Identification Number, means the same as serial number.
Hope this helps
Mick

All VIN's should be stamped onto the neck of the frame where the fork attaches
