Hi Yandicoogina,

I'd like to think that when Legman was refering to the cf microns, he was refering to mine.... :-D

Here's a pic of it.
Hey Timbo when are you going to join Legman and myself for a ride day? Summer is almost here - there should be nothing stopping us.
Hey guys, Would love to, but at this stage, I've just had baby no.2, which means that weekends are totally out now (until they are 18 and I can kick them out of the house). My rides only consist of commuting to work...

Would have loved to have joined you two on the Tarwin Lower Run or even the National Rally, but family takes precidence on the weekends. Sorry....

Here's a stupid question to which I think I already know the answer: does anyone here just ride a STOCK S3? It just seems to me that 128hp ought to be enough for any street rider. Of course, my reference point is a 1974 Norton 850 with about 60 horses at most. It seemed really powerful to me, but I realize that times have changed since then.
Once I get used to a speedy I'll probably agree with all you fanatics that too much power is just perfect!
Be careful out there.
My last ride was a 78 Yamaha. Riding the S3 (after buying it - I didn't even test ride it) was like discovering alien technology. Precise, controlled ride and handling, massive power. Even stock it has more than enough juice to spare. You'll think you died and went to heaven.
