Hi there guys,
I think I have just discovered something worse than waiting 3 weeks to take ownership of my new weapon, its the first few days of running it in and having all sorts of trash passing me easily. I know there is a theory out there about BRUTAL running-in and how it won't do harm. I am so close to testing that theory!! I have now done 37 kms and I'm ready to rock and roll. I was surprised today by a weird noise that I assume is a fan kicking in. Loving every moment on the bike, but with visitors here this weekend, my joy is being curtailed. Grrrr

37 km or 370 km, either way go kick ass, just don't red line it and vary the revs. :-D

Try not to hit the limiter, don't hold steady revs and enjoy. If it goes bang warranty, if it survives it'll be fast. Win/win :-D

AND change the oil often for the first 200 miles/320 Km!
