can anyone tell me where to get a tail tidy or some way of removing my big numberplate / plastic thing?? I would like to fit a nice illegal one with some slightly smaller indicators..would appreciate any pictures to help me with my quest..many thanks Paul

If you live in the UK (which I assume you do if you come from a place called "Notts"), you can try www.jacklilley.com. If you are in the US, you can try skykingproducts.com.

They sell a rather cheap one. There are more expensive ones available, but I don't understand why since most of it is hidden.

A good place to check is the "Aftermarket Goodies" thread at the top of the Speed Triple Forum.

Competitionwerks is decent, not great. I highly recommend using a dremel and just trimming down the stock fender. Many pics and process can be found on here with a simple search. Otherwise, if you chop off the tail completely, you could use a Mad Doctor tail tidy like me as long as you've got the fabrication skills to make your own mount.

I think the C.W. fender eliminator for the '01's and older are top notch. I don't like what Triumph did to the ass end of the newer bikes. I liked my kit, and thought they would make a good one for the 02-04's.
