TORs, Arrow, Zard, Brothers, Vince, etc. seem to be the discussion d'jour. Anyone with anything else? Put these on and couldn't be happier but I'm new to this game. Thanks.

I bought them since they advertise, "No Re-Map: each exhaust is made for each bike, etc.) When I put them on I was a little disappointed when I first started it up (in the shop) since it wasn't much louder than stock. The first ride on the road however put a huge grin on the old face. Throaty, loud and buckets of torque.

The Scorpions look really good - nice carbon quality. Just one question though: What's that large appendage hanging off the back of your motorcycle???

It appears to be the license plate / turn signal mount. I want to get rid of it but haven't come up with a plan and that "Doctor" kit looks like *****.

Motorcycle Stuff / Custom Chrome / Chrome Specialties which is owned by Global Motorsports Group, Inc., Scorpion U.K.'s US importer/supplier. P.M. me for the cost...I'm a Motorcycle Stuff dealer and I' might be able to do something. contact@codycustomcycle.com

MC Stuff is not the exclusive U.S. distributor. Parts Unlimited also carries them (and they have them in stock). The PN for carbon fiber is 1811-0603.

The "no remapping" is also based on the assumption that the stock setup is OK. Most OEM systems need remapping!

Can you run them without remapping? Yes.

Will they run much better with proper remapping? Yes.

I have a friend with the Scorpion's on his S3, and he is very happy with them. The length and look is very good, and they sound great as well.

I forgot about LeMans/Parts Unlimited/Drag Specialties. They've got them but cost more. I did put the Dobek DFO on later and yes, it runs better. I got the Scorps because I knew there was going to be a few weeks between the two mods and I wanted to ride.
