Just replaced my stock mufflers with Jardine aluminum slip-on's. I have not had the program updated to TOR. No more popping than stock. Will the TOR change the sound much or at all.

You mean the tone of the exhaust? I doubt it.

You say no more popping than stock. How much popping was it doing when stock? I switched to Jardine slip-on's and it popped like hell on decel. I got the Triumph remap for aftermarket exhaust and all the popping went away. So in that sense-less popping-yes, it probably change your exhaust sound.
