What would be really cool would be to get a guy from each year S3 to meet up some sunday and go for a group ride, swapping bikes over the course of the day in the twisties. It'd take some good faith, but it would definitely be interesting to compare bikes and mods.

Here's my "junk" '01. When it's all said and done, I'll have less $$$ in it than a stock new one. And, It's "my bike", no one elses!!!

Cheers,

Fred :-g

Catamount, I have been wanting to paint mine white and now I know what it will look like. It looks great BTW. I also want to paint the wheels white with BRG Triumph logos and BRG rim stripes.
02S3... Nice bike. The previous owner painted mine; it is actually a pearl paint. I think it came out well.

Question: did you have cut down your TB high pipe? The other TB high pipes I've seen on S3s have looked way too long and extended past the end of the bike. Yours doesn't. It looks great, did you have to take a hacksaw to it?

Oh come on people- only two T3 Speed Triples??

Maybe I'll tape a flashlight next to my single lens to fit in.

She's gone now (Sold it and the new owner couldn't do the Daytona clip-ons so he put it back to stock.) but I was really proud of how my Speed Triple SS turned out.
