(1) I finally received the last piece in the puzzle so I could do the LED signal mod, using Kellermanns via Newspeed3. Friday, I received the electronic signal relay that keeps the flash steady regardless of load. I also found matching connectors so I didn't have to do any cutting. I managed to get the rears installed; tomorrow hopefully the fronts, though once I put on the (2) Skyking sliders, I keep wanting to integrate the signal into the slider. I think that would be cool. BTW, the aluminum bushings on those sliders get real hot, I guess they could be marketed as heat sinks too! (3) I just passed 3000 miles (, not bad for six weeks) and decided to change the oil to Amsoil. I also used a Bosch 3300 filter. It is a little longer than the stock filter, but doesn't protrude excessively. I am real pleased with the change in the transmission - easier, less clunky shifts, and a smoother clutch. It's hard to believe the factory recommends what would turn out to be another 3000 miles of hard shifting. (4) The Rizoma rearsets, even in the lowest, most forward position, put my feet about an inch back from the stock position. In the two extended rides I have had since then, my rear (actually, my lower thigh) started to ache after about 20 minutes, even with the (5) Corbin on. I find that quite strange, and I am not happy about it. I am planning to go on a 1000 mile RAT ride next weekend, and the last thing I need is an aching rear most of the way...

How about some part numbers or links to that relay and the connectors?

Sure. The connector setup are Molex parts. I ordered them through Mouser. If, like I did, you just want to duplicate the stock setup to plug into the S3 connectors, you will need only one plug/connector setup. The metal connector and plastic casing ("recepticle")are sold separately, and for these recepticles you can order either of two different connectors, depending on the wire guage you are working with. The recepticle is the same for both. (The links that follow go directly to the Mouser page for the part.) The recepticle is Molex part no. 03-09-1011. The 24-30 guage connector is Molex part no. 02-09-1144. The 18-22 guage connector is Molex part no. 02-09-1119. You will also need to crimp the wire to the connector. I decided to buy a
kit that includes a variety of plastic parts and also a crimping/multi tool. I don't recommend the kit, unless you want to do a lot of work with these kind on connectors (I anticipate that). The crimping tool isn't very easy to use well, but it worked. Other crimping tools or even pliers, etc., may work, but I haven't tried them.

I got the Flasher relay from Custom Dynamics for $19.95 plus shipping. I cut the connectors off and put matching conncetors on. I plugged the black relay wire into the middle plug (green/brown wire) and the red relay wire into the plug with the two double orange wires (it's the plug closest to the front of the bike). The flasher works great, and FWIW, it's silent. I need to secure it and the connections a little better, but it shouldn't be a problem. I'll put pictures up if anyone is interested.
