Thats sad. Just sad for everyone involved. From what I've seen of him on tv Lane is a boozer, probably drunk or close. I'm sure he'll pay big time for this. Rather ironic a biker and bike builder kills a fellow two wheeler with his truck.

Passing on the double yellow? He was either drunk or impatient as hell. Either way, he oughta pay. My one-percenter acquaintances are fond of stickers saying "Kill a biker, go to jail." That goes for _everyone_.

i actually emailed back and forth with the editor this morning saying the headline was pretty misaligned in light of someone being killed via the incident. (the focus being on schmuck chopper guy)

he wrote back and said they published 2 more articles since the accident which happened in may (sorry for that late post on my part - i passed it along from bay area riders forum). apparently there's a settlement going down.

there was another video of him test riding a new bike, and right before he gets on it, he take a big plug from a (half empty) bottle of jack...

as posted in the other forum, "i can't wait to see him featured on an episode of "where are they now"".
