I'm guessing those that have parked their bikes inside their place of residence were like myself, in their 20's. I was 21, living alone and had a Kawasaki 400 (bought it new), my apartment was on the ground floor (thankfully). The place only had car ports and I was worried about someone messing with the bike or worse, it getting stolen. So I'd roll the bike into the apartment and parked it to the left of the front door where the dinning room table was suppose to be. At 21 the only important things in my apartment anyway besides the bike was the couch, TV, stereo and water-bed (the perfect bachelor pad). The dinning room had a window and I just loved seeing people walk along the walkway outside of my apartment and literally break their neck doing a double take if they happened to glance in while passing. The bike made a great conversation piece when friends came to visit and when nobody was over I'd turn up the tunes and clean my bike. I sold the bike 3 years later to another young guy who was so amazed how clean a 3 year old bike could be..!!
So if I get my hands on a S3 I guess I'll have to sleep with it in the garage cause at my ripe old age there's no way that bike's comming into my home..!

During Hurricane Wilma I was in my living room doing several modifications to my bike, meanwhile the wind was gusting around 80-90 mph outside my house. All was well till I heard a LOUD noise outside and looked out the only window without shutters just in time to see my neighbors shed bouncing off of seversal houses across the street. The power went out shortly there after and It didn't get restored for two weeks.

Did the same thing with my Triumph TwentyOne - (restored picture of it some 30 years later (by current owner) is in my gallery)

Even before my mother got in the house, one of the neighbours had rushed out & couldn't wait to tell her as she was walking up the path that her son had taken his motorcycle in through the front door ..... :-D

I live in a terrace house with no garage in the inner city. My speedy lives in the front room of the house. My partner tolerates it (just).

The day it drops oil will surely be its last...and knowing this I bought a Triumph???

The first rain of ther summer this year came while I was at work. The roads here get SLIPPERY after the first rain. So I parked my bike inside the bar and proceeded to get WASTED with the bartenders and other staff after I secured a ride home. My bartenders asked if they could screw (hump, fornicate, horizontal mambo, etc) on my motorcycle. I never let anyone but pretty girls sit on my bike. This time I made an exception.... Only problem was they couldn't get a curtain hung properly so they did it in the rain of the females open top jeep.

The S3 is in the garage cos I ride it so much... :-D

My girlfriend has decided to live with it cos I showed her the spot in the bedroom where I was gonna move my MotoGuzzi V11 if she complained and it was right where her dresser full of her stuff is...

Have you ever parked your bike indoors..?

Are you implying there is some other place to park your pride and joy? Mine is in front of the fireplace as I type. (No there is not a lit fire at the moment, we are still in full air conditioning mode in SC.)
