Installed my springs at last, fixed the forks, and cut the spacer.

But how much oil should I put in?

Race tech shiped 2 quarts for the forks, and 1 quart for the rear shock.

I am guessing 1 quart for each fork?

Cant wait to get the speed triple out for a ride with new springers!!

I decided not to get the gold valve, but one day.

You need to get a fork fluid measurement device, looks like a syringe with a tube and measurements on it.

Check your manual and put in exactly the right amount.

The fluid is the "non-compressible" part of the system. To much fluid and your fork will not compress.

When I bought springs from Hyperpro, I gave them my weight and they told me exactly how much oil to add. It's a fairly precise thing and will have a major effect on your suspension. I would hope Race Tech could tell you.

cool, got my front forks done. Now for the rear shock.

Got it out without taking the rear swingarm off, but now i have no idea on how to remove the big spring. I have no tools, so i thought that maybe taking it to a bike shop they could do it easy and cheap.

Do they also recharge the gas? that little canister attached to the shock?

You need a small spring compressor, even like you get at auto zone.

You will let the nitrogen out and have recharged after it's rebuilt. If you are only installing a spring this won't be required.
