06 s3 recall

I just got a call from my dealer saying there is a recall having to do with the rear brakes. Anybody else?

Old one about rerouting the brake line:
BY-PASS COOLANT HOSE & REAR BRAKE HOSE ROUTING RECALL (JUNE 2005)

But it didn't concern the S3 at the time. I've got a '06 S3 but haven't heard anything about it. If there is a recall my dealer will inform me.

I doubt I'm going to get around to taking it in because like you said I don't use my back brakes. I know there are some advanced cornering techniques that use the back brakes but I don't know them and I always use engine braking in the corners.

This Forum is great. I'm so out of my league. I'm reading and 1out of 3 of you guys has a track bike, and I guess there not for show. Dam, I use my back brake and I never had a Harley and certainly do not know advanced cornering techniques. I'm glad school is in session, I'm wide eyed and ears open.

I use the rear brake lightly for stablity and wash of a bit of speed if I too hot into a corner.

For heavy emergabcy braking use both otherwise the bike dives too much
