Can't decide on which to get. Don't want it too loud loping around the town but when opened up would like an authoritative report. Removable baffles sound cool though. Opinions from experience anyone? :???:

Back to back on the dyno the Trident gives more power even with the baffle in than the TOR does open. Trident is also a deeper sound, not so harsh and tinny as the TOR. Trident also comes with a lifetime warranty and is much lighter.
Not sure how many people here have them on the 509 but talk to people like Rino, TechmanBD and SatansK9 who have them on the Daytona or S3 and you'll get some good feedback.

I'm getting used to my two bros on my 509. I have the newer
C2 aluminum with the magnesium tip and added the "power tip" for a reduction of 2-3db.

But it's still way louder than stock , BUT the idle feels and I mean feels bad arse sitting at the lights. Very deep sounding.

I am getting the tor tune and a/f adjusted at my local shop saturday.

I <3 my Ti Arrows. It sounds angry now, just as the bike looks. Fun factor went up 2-3x for me, but that is probably going to be true with any upgraded exhaust you decide on.

you should get the trident. It sounds exquisit. Not too loud, plenty deep. Also you can get removable baffle just in case so you can have whatever sound floats your boat. A hell of a lot lighter that TOR and looks so much better. The TOR has a raspy sound up in higer rpms. Go with trident, you won't be sorry.

Thanks for the input fellas. Thinking I'll go with the Trident, and fun factor will definitely increase although its rather high now with the stock can.
