Welcome Home Present

I have been on this bulletin board now for a few days and I have gained a plethora of knowledge from everyone. I have seen a few posts about people gettting their new S3's, so here is mine.

I am in the US Navy have been for the last 17 years and I just made my 6th deplayment oversees, when I came home last month, there she was and a total suprise to me, a 06' S3. My wife bought it for me combination fathers day, anniversary and welcome home present. We had gone and looked at them last year, so while I was deployed she took it upon herself to get for me.

Today we went for a ride together and she just loves it.

Sounds like you deserve the bike and the woman. Enjoy them both.

I was down in your neck of the world first part of the year. I was onboard the USS Ronald Reagan, and Brisbane was our first port call on our way over to the Gulf.

You have a cool city, I would love to ride my S3 down under.

You were on the USS Ronald Reagan! That's GREAT! I actually have a mug with a metal seal on it of that ship- he is one of my heros.
