How would one get the pre cat thingie out of the collector pipe on the 05+ Triple?
I have thoughts about doing this (dont ask why) and wondered if anyone has done it and was it difficult or what?

Oh, good luck on that one... Have you looked at it? It's in there, plus it widens toward the engine... Major surgery to get that out I would think.... Almost be easier to cut it off at the seam and refab a new 3-1 piece...
I'm trying to figure out how to do it to. There's a guy on the T595.net board that claims he's done it. I emailed him today asking for the details on how he did it. I'll post if he replies.
