My Speed Triple is having some kind of problem with the headstock bearings problem. Should the dealership charge me for labor (tighetning) or should that be free of charge (warranty coverage)?

I've heard of bikes not being correctly tightened at the factory and not checked during the PDI. If the bike is quite new then this should have been checked before you took delivery from the store....it's potentially dangerous and the shop should put it right free of charge....I thought everyone sued in the states any way... :-D
Its been doing that before my first wheelie, right after I took delivery.
By the way, I am taking it to a different triumph dealership, since the one where I got the bike is very far away.
