How do I change the flyscreen bulb?

I want to upgrade the bulb in my Flyscreen to a LED bulb, but I have some doubts:
1) How do I reach the bulb (do I have to take the flyscreen off)?
2) Is the bulb a W5W or a T4W?
3) How is the result with super white leds?
4) Any other advice?
