The search engine seems to turn up very little so I'll just ask. What are the options for a passenger grab bar for the new Triple? I'm interested in aftermarket because I'm not really digging the T-handle. Looks like Triumph had a perfect looking rounded one but apparently it's been discontinued.

FWIW, I got the T yesterday. We tried it last night and it works quite well. Better than nothing. I didn't know there was anything else available

Apparently there isn't anymore. This was briefly...

but someone said it was pulled for safety reasons..?

No big deal. Looks like the Italians got it right also. If I end up getting the Triple, I'll be adding one.

Bait 'n switch? When I ordered my grab bar, I thought it was going to be the one pictured above, but I recieved the t-handle version. I did not like it at first but I have gotten used to it. Mounts with 4 good sized bolts. Very solid. I still would have liked the wrap around handle version, looks more functional.

So is the one pictured above by aiv8or the "T" handled one from thriump directly or is that from another sorce because that looks nicer that the round bar one shown on the Thriumph web site? Does this one rise above the level of the seat so my passenger's knows when her fat butt is about to fall off?

This is the T-Bar I recieved after ordering the rounded/flush w/seat style one. This will definately keep passenger's rear end on the seat unless you loop the bike. The T-Bar is embossed with the registered Triumph logo. The T-Bar makes a great handle for picking up the bike to move it around in a tight place.
