It's a simple job to change down a sprocket size on the front. Drop by one tooth and you'll notice a difference in acceleration as you'll be getting more road thrust in each gear - at the trade off of slightly higher revs on the highway. Good part is about the s3 is that the odometer and speedo run off the front wheel and not the output shaft so you don't have to worry about recalibratiing anything as you would on a Jap bike! - just talk to your local dealer/service guy and they'll do it - should take less than half an hour.
