Headed out on Friday afternoon to meet some friends who were renting a cottage on Frye Island. I decided to take Route 2 up through the North side of the Presidential Range and shooting south on Route 35 from Bethel ME to Naples, ME. It ended up being a great route although there was quite a bit of traffic. Aprx 205 miles and 5.5 hours (I-89 was a parking lot on Friday afternoon).

The Frye Island ferry charges the same fare for a motorcycle as they charge an automobile... $24! Ouch.

I took Route 302 all the way on Sunday. I prefer 302 to 2 although there are some really slow sections (Conway... ugh). Aprx 5 hours (couple of stops along the way) and 210 miles.

Great pics Catamount. I've always wanted to visit the North-Eastern states (other than just to pick up my speed triple).
