Any thoughts on the baby S3? Did a search on google under 2007 speed triple 675 and went to the motorwereld link. Looks like a 1050 triple that's been on diet.

i think it kind of loses some thing it has a cute kind of look. i still like it but like the 1050 better. although they did pick a kik azz color. PUKE GOLD RULES

I'd rather take the 675 in Daytona trim for a track bike and my 1050 for the street.

As Limey states, maybe it'd look better white.

That image is obviously a 'photoshop' image. They wouldn't use those bigass 1050 cans in an undertail and the rest just doesn't look right.

If Triumph does make a naked 675, it would be one sick bike - I test rode the Daytona 675 when the demo truck visited my dealer last month and it is a wonderful machine. The engine just spins effortlessly with plenty of bottom & mid range torque. And it's so tiny in the waist that you can just flick it down the twisties.

I'm 6'-3", so I was pretty bunched up on it, but if they gave it some "friendlier" S3-esque ergos with bars vs. clip-ons, it would be like riding a BMX bike with a jet engine...
