Okay, so not the WHOLE thing. Say, just enough numbers on your ticket to get ya a clear $100K (the gubment do take a bite, don't she?).

Of course, the wife/SO/whatever insists on practical things like carpet to replace what the dawg chewed, but since you bought the ticket, she says you can buy ONE motorcycle with it, but it better be somethin' ya really like outta the box, on accounta you do not get to spend the extra money on mods - instead you're gonna spend it on Home Improvement Projects.

Ya get to keep the Speed Triple. You can have any production bike out there.

Whaddya git?

First thing I would do is get rid of the woman - no wife tells me what to do (quick check she's not looking over my shoulder )

Keeping the triple of course I would have to pick the Y2K jet bike Y2K BIKE It would be like playing Black Sabbath at 78 speed - man you would see god

Ducati Desmodici RR. Its just a beautiful bike with all the goodies on it, isn't the same kind of bike as my S3, and will keep its value for years to come. The Y2K would be ridiculously expensive to insure and not nearly as fun to ride in the twisties. However, if you're stupid rich like Jay Leno, insurance rates are one of the last of your worries.

What I think is the most beautiful motorcyle yet made: a 1997 (which has the original-style stickers) Ducati 916 SPS. Since the S3 is my practical bike, this would be my short-jaunt bike.

guys, you have to post pics if you mention a bike. It's the law. I don't make the rules, so don't flame me. Just follow them and we can all get along.

Peace and love,
