anyone swap Throttles on a S3 ?

I'm a guy that really needs a cruise control now and then but none of the normal types fit the triumph throttle, and No the
throttle meister won't work as my bar ends are there (another thing I needed, rear visibilty).

So is there any other brands or models thatr can be put on an S3 without major mods to the bike ? I'd like to use the same cable if possible.

Or any other ways you found to use the standard throttle tube locks .

I recently bought some Rizoma bar ends because the Rizoma bar end mirrors I bought didn't fit on the stock bar ends very well. The result of the install was that the new bar ends pushes the throttle grip to the left (against the throttle "actuator"...or whatever that thing is called) just enough that there is friction. The friction was enough that it holds the throttle grip where it is and it doesn't roll back by itself.

I've been meaning to fix it, but for the time being it is acting like a full-time cruise control. So if you have the Rizoma bar end, Rizoma type of bar end mirror, or something else that could snug up next to the grip, you could have it act like a cruise control.
