Hey all,

I've looked my A$$ off for a BMC air filter for my 1050 and I can't find a US distributor. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any comments on this filter over stock? I have one in my SV1000 and it seems to perform well.

Well, that is easy! However, at retail plus the high shipping cost it came to about $104.00! Seems a little much for an air filter.

I think it was about 1200 euros drom Germany, too much in my opinion, but it is the top zorst at the mo. They asked me twice that for a Titanium system. ...............................
I had the TOR tune initially. No problems with that dor the ZARD.
Then I bought a tuneboy and got supplied with a custom map which I loaded into the ECU. Still running that till I get the bike on a dyno.

It's a filter I can re-use. Save a few $$$. As to HP numbers, well I don't know, I don't really beleive it's gonna make all that much more HP from stock as to make a difference. Seems well made so no complaints there.

I got BMC 'cause K&N didn't have one at the time.

DNA have also jumped on the bandwagon, and their price seems much more reasonable.
