After 3 or 4 hours in the saddle I found the stock seat on my 04 S3 a bit uncomfy...

So I bought & fitted the Triumph Gel seat.....
however after only an hour I find it to be just as uncomfy !

I spent another 4 hours on it today & towards the end of the ride I couldn't even concentrate on riding !!!!!
i.e. EXTREMELY PAINFULL !

So...before & go back to TRIUMPH for a REFUND....

Can any one tell me does it EVER bed in ?

I've sat on comfier wooden planks, this ones about as soft as a concrete block !

Yeah, give it some time to adjust to your arse! Some on this forum will tell you that the Triumph gel seat sux and go for the Corbin or Sargant.

Mine took a while to "break in" and it's now waaaaay more comfortable than the stock foam plank...

I've talked to several that hate the Gel...

Try aftermarket. They position you better anyway.
