Are you actually selling speedy to get a scrambler, please explain. They would be a ton of fun though, but i can't and will not part with my speedy.I would marry this bike if they permitted that thing in Australia.

Scrambler is definately cool... I'd own one... But it would NOT replace the Speed... The speed is the staple now for me... anything else will be an addition...

had to take speedy to the dealer W-work/ crash damage.
They give out loaner bikes and the wife would like one so its
like a test ride. It would be her first bike so 900cc may be
to big. After riding it the HP may be OK for a first bike. The wight maybe to high for her. the tires need to go! I love the sound.
Its a cool bike.

I test rode one o' those things and they are fun and easy to handle. Nowhere near the power o' the Triple, but the brake lever sure felt better :-D

I didn't like the high pipe, though. The heat shield was forward o' my legs and even after a few minutes, it got toasty.

hay speedquest you didn't see the 2nd post. I got speedy back.
I like the Scrambler for the wife but not the full time bike for me.
Next year it looks like I'll be geting one. I spent all the fundage on the
house.
