Hey everyone... I'm ready to pick up some aftermarket rear signals but I'd like to compare a few first. If you have a photo handy of your rears, would you mind posting? Also the make and model of the lights. Thanks!

Mine are MCS brand and the code for them is IU30,most bike stores should have a catologue,but will see if i can get a photo up soon.

I built my rear light(s) out of parts from custom dynamics...



Easy to do.

Hey Dr, I've seen these a few times on here but was put off by people saying how difficult they were to fit. Are they? and do they work well? Is it plug and play or is there loads to do?

I installed the Clear Alternatives on my '06, and it couldn't have been a simpler installation. If you want to clean up the tail section, it's definitely the way to go!

Very simple to install, it is a complete sealed unit unlike some of the early ones that were just a circuit board and you had to cut open the light and install it yourself. You do have one issue with the flasher. You either have to install the supplied load resistors to keep the stock flash rate, live with a fast flash or replace the flasher with one designed for LED signals.
